Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the objectives
of the department and organization.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead project team meetings and facilitate effective communication.
• Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but involves
mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide outstanding service to clients and
stakeholders.
• Experience: 5-10 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years as a technician.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Independent Work Capability: Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Analytical and Prioritization Skills: Proficient in analyzing tasks and prioritizing workload
efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: Current experience with Brivo, DMP, March, Hanwha, Open Eye and Axis is
required.
• Self-Discipline: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating selfmotivation
and
strong
time
management
skills.



Continued Education: Commitment to ongoing education to keep skills sharp.
• Deadline-Oriented: Proven capability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and/or Experience: Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or the
ability to obtain PMP certification within 2 years of employment.

Work Environment:
This is a fully remote position allowing the candidate to work from home. You will be equipped with the
necessary software and platforms required for the specific job. Requirements for this remote work
environment include reliable internet connection and technical setup for laptop and phone. While the
position is remote, availability during core working hours for meetings and team collaboration is

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general emails with detailed instructions. Ability
to create spreadsheets and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from managers, customers, and the public. Interact with Sales Reps, Operations
department, and customers, as required.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margins, percentages
and volume.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions
furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
