Summary
Job Overview: The Data Entry Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting NAVCO’s installation and service operations by accurately entering project completion information into our ERP system. This position is responsible for closing out completed jobs by uploading all relevant subcontractor documentation and ensuring all data is properly recorded and validated. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned as needed to support the objectives of the department and organization.
• Enter final project details into NetSuite to close out completed installations and service calls.
• Upload all supporting documents (e.g., service reports, photos, sign-offs, permits) into the NetSuite record for each
job.
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain a consistent workflow and prioritize work based on urgency and due dates.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support billing, reporting, and compliance functions.
• Meet daily and weekly productivity benchmarks.
• Identify process improvements to streamline data entry and document upload tasks.
• Adhere to company policies and privacy regulations while handling sensitive job-related information.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities
Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with data entry, administrative work, or ERP systems (NetSuite experience highly preferred).
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Attributes:
• Prior experience working with subcontractor documentation or in a service/installation industry.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and accountability.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general emails with detailed instructions. Ability to create spreadsheets
and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, customers,
and the public. Interact with Sales Reps, Operations department, and customers, as required.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, margins, percentages, & volume.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only
limited standardization exists. The ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule
form.
