One Partner From Design Through Service
Design, installation, service and monitoring under one accountable team, so nobody can point at another vendor when a system goes down.
Are Five Vendors Four Too Many?
Most multi-site security programs are not one program. They are a design firm, an installer, a service company, a monitoring provider, and whoever the last regional manager happened to call. Each is responsible for a piece, but no one is accountable for the result.
NAVCO brings all five together. Strategy, design, deployment, management, and optimization operate as one connected system under one accountable team. When something goes wrong, there is no handoff and no finger pointing. NAVCO owns the outcome.

What It Actually Costs to Have Multiple Vendors
01
A camera fails. The installer calls it a service issue, the service company calls it a design issue, and six weeks later it is still down.
02
Twelve markets, twelve vendors, twelve standards. Pulling footage from one site works nothing like pulling it from another.
03
Your team ends up coordinating vendors, chasing scopes, and translating between them. That is work your security team should not have to own.
The NAVCO Difference
One System, Five Moving Parts
Each part feeds the next. Design informs deployment, deployment informs service, and service improves the next design. That only works when one partner is focused on all five.
Standardization Strategy
We assess what you actually have today, then define one enterprise standard: approved technology, installation and scope standards, documentation, and what “good” looks like by location type. Where a site genuinely needs to differ, the exception gets documented instead of improvised.
What changes: New locations inherit the standard instead of creating their own. Acquisitions are brought into the program on a defined timeline. Budgeting becomes more predictable because scopes and standards are repeatable.
System Design
Site surveys, system architecture, device placement, drawings, bills of material, and labor planning are all developed to the enterprise standard rather than whatever a local installer proposes. Video, access control, intrusion, analytics, and monitoring are designed to work together instead of being added independently over time.
What changes: fewer change orders, fewer scope gaps, and installations that are still supportable in year four rather than just complete in week one.
National Deployment
Openings, remodels, rollouts, refreshes, and acquisitions are delivered through NAVCO-employed Blue Shirt technicians in our core markets and a qualified partner network everywhere else. NAVCO selects, qualifies, scopes, schedules, manages, and inspects every field resource.
What changes: one point of contact and one escalation path regardless of market. NAVCO stays accountable for the outcome, not just for our own portion of it.
Managed Services
Remote administration, device and connectivity health monitoring, recording and storage checks, credential administration, and evidence retrieval help identify and resolve issues faster. When onsite service is required, remote diagnostics help technicians arrive with better information about the problem.
What changes: Fewer unnecessary truck rolls, faster resolution, better system availability, and less administrative work for your team.
Continuous Optimization
Preventive maintenance, service performance analysis, repeat-call tracking, first-time-fix measurement, and end-of-life and refresh planning. Service data feeds back into the standard and into the next design.
What changes: Recurring issues can be identified and addressed at the program level, while lifecycle spending becomes planned rather than reactive.
What Changes When One Company Owns It
For your operation
Fewer truck rolls and faster resolution
Consistent installations across every market
One escalation path, one point of contact
For your team
Predictable budgeting and lifecycle planning
Less administrative work for your team
Enterprise visibility into system health

Why the Accountability Actually Holds
NAVCO is employee owned. The people who design your program, install it, and answer the phone when something goes wrong are owners of the company delivering it. Employee ownership reinforces the accountability behind the entire NAVCO operating model.
