As such, you’ll be responsible for meeting the service needs of our clients efficiently, professionally, and expertly. That includes servicing equipment, wiring, and terminations to achieve acceptable operational levels.
Product and repair knowledge, familiarity with inventory control, scheduling skills, and ability to train customers are key requirements of the position. While you’ll be assigned a specific service area, you may also be called on to complete service calls in other areas — so flexibility is also a plus. At NAVCO, our installers instill confidence in our customers. As such, NAVCO is looking for motivated, and self-starting installers with experience in CCTV, Alarm, and Card Access Systems. As part of the NAVCO team, you’ll need a customer-first attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a pristine driving record.
Calling on your knowledge of basic electricity and networks, you’ll be responsible for responding to all service-related calls on a daily basis, and repairing any part of non-operational security systems. Problem-solving skills are a must. You’ll additionally be responsible for cleaning DVRs/NVRs, monitors, and adjusting camera focus and depth of field.
