Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and updating data into our databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. The ideal candidate has essential data entry skills with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry Associate:
• Accurately enter data into various databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify and update existing data.
• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Review data for errors and discrepancies.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Entry level database programming changes
• Utilization of several different software and web-based systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to verify data information.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

HOURS: 8:00 am-5:00 pm (or as established by Manager)


Must have the ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and operating procedures. Be able to write routine reports, correspondence, and ability to effectively present information and speak to customers or employees of organization. Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills required.

Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram-form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations.
