Essential Duties & Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Scheduling installations with customers.
• Managing team (employees and subs) that are performing installations.
• Providing installation forecast and updates to management.
• Scheduling work in CRM to facilitate equipment delivery.
• Dealing with customer issues and working to resolve them.
• Seeing that company polices are adhered to by the team.
• Ensuring that orders are completed and closed in a timely manner.
• Working with the sales team to ensure jobs are sold correctly (as needed).
• In the field with techs and subcontractors training and quality control. Help technicians plan career path.
• Ensuring that the schedule is being followed and adjusting accordingly to meet forecast.
Must be within 10% of forecast monthly.
• Communicating with clients and sales to ensure expectations are being met and issues are resolved quickly.
• Receiving parts in WoW and ensuring that inventory is reconciled for monthly billing. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
To supervise all installers, coordinators, and subcontractors performing installations for the region.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
5 Years or more of installation and management experience in this industry.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and operating procedures. Be able to write routine reports, correspondence, and ability to effectively present information and speak to customers or employees of organization. Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills required.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must have ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Employee is required to climb ladders and scaffolding, crawl in ceilings, and use of lift equipment may be required for jobs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job is 60-70% in the field and requires supervision of installers in the region and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the department. On occasion, Installation Managers may be required to respond to urgent afterhours phone calls, emails, and text messages. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
