Problem: One of the world’s largest and most respected clothing retail chains was looking for a new security vendor that could push technology to its limit. They wanted a national company that could design an easy-to-use solution that would effectively enhance employee safety without the need to hire guards. After analyzing the company’s security needs, NAVCO designed an Interactive Video Monitoring solution with a customized transmission system that utilized multiple cameras and eight separate audio zones. Controlled from a centralized command center, the system allowed remote security personnel to talk directly to suspected perpetrators and respond to criminal activity while in progress.
